When To Use Avocet® PLX

Avocet® PLX should be applied to target weeds while they are active and growing. The active ingredients in Avoicet® PLX will be absorbed by the plant where it travels to the roots killing the entire plant.

How To Use Avocet® PLX

Mix the desired amount of Avocet® PLX and pond water in accordance to label directions. Using a pressurized sprayer, like our Airmax® Specialty Tank Sprayer, spray the Avocet® PLX mixture directly onto target weeds. Avocet® PLX is a non-selective herbicide, meaning it will kill any plant it comes into contact with, so apply carefully. Overtime treated weeds will begin to brown and wilt as they process Avocet® PLX. Once they are completely dead, cut or rake them away to prevent an accumulation of plant decay and pond muck.
