Smallstake Shallow Fish Habitat

[wp_eStore_fancy1 id=127] small stake fish habitat

Small Stakeout model provides forage species the same protection needed to hunt in shallow water. These flexible PVC limbs simulate tree roots and vertical cover preferred and needed in closer to mid depth ranges. Acting like a small forest of cover, this unit starts the journey out to deeper water. Each unit weighs approximately 4.5 pounds and stands 24 inches tall. The limbs are flared out at about 15 degrees and can be left as they come or bent in various directions.

Perfect for crappie fry as they prefer vertical cover. Bluegill, Bass and Catfish fry feed on the bio film and algae that grow on the limbs.
