• One gallon treats 250,000 gallons of pond water, ponds with high levels of suspended solids can be treated at double dosage or a second application
• For best results mix recommended amount with pond water and spray evenly over pond surface

Clears murky water caused by organic particles decaying plant material and inorganic material like mud and clay.

[wp_eStore_fancy1 id=251] This product works best when mixed with pond water and a sprayer. Spray over entire pond surface, sort of like spray painting a surface. The product then filters down through the pond collecting particles until it is heavy enough to sink to the bottom. If you dumped it in one spot then you would have a clear spot in that location so be sure to spray all over the pond surface. If you have dirty fish or a source that will cloud the water again you will need to re-apply the product as needed or find the source and fix that problem.

Our New Super Concentrated Pond Clarifier is a great replacement for the older harsh Alum treatment.

Every year our large pond would become cloudy once the water temp warmed up and and the fish became more active. I blame the Koi in this pond as they root around the bottom stirring up the silt. But this could also be the type of silt or silica that becomes buoyant in warmer temps as well. The cloudy water can also be from the clay the pond was built with to the sand I added in the beach area that was not washed completely.

At any rate we end up only being able to see into the pond about 6-8” at times during the warmer months. This past year we used a gallon on the pond. Putted around on the boat and sprayed the entire surface of the pond. Sort of 4 application using the a quart of clarifier and 3 ½ gallons of pond water each we sprayed. The goal is to cover the pond surface with the Super Concentrated Pond Clarifier evenly, so as it slowly sinks to the bottom it can attract the suspended clay, mud and suspended solids until it is heavy enough to sink to the bottom of the pond.

Do you need to reapply? It is possible that you will. Until you know why or what is causing the pond to become cloudy it can be stirred up again which would bring on the need to reapply.

Use our Beneficial Pond Bacteria to consume these particles that end up at the bottom of the pond.
