Use a special blend of high grade cements and additives to ensure a solid, lifetime bond, safe for aquatic life.

Lift vinyl up and down into cement to ensure all sides of material are covered in wet cement. Pour enough cement for pvc to sink 4″-5″ deep and let dry completely.Bend limbs to desired shape and toss in your secret spot.
