Aeration Systems Repair

Fall and winter is a good time to rebuild your aeration compressor for next spring start up.  If your air compressor is over 4 years old you should think about rebuilding it. Linear diaphragm compressors and the wobble piston type compressor over time lose their full function and performance.

Yes they do still work and see the boils in the water but if you remember back when it was installed, are the boils the same size?

For the wobble piston, Gast and Thomas compressors we offer a certified re-manufacturer who uses the original replacement parts which includes, complete diss-assembly of the pump, replacement of the shaft and eccentric bearings as well as replacement of the piston cup, sleeve, all o-rings, gaskets and valves. tested and a one year warranty on the rebuilt compressor. The re-manufacture process utilizes all factory tooling and processes and units are then tested to original OEM line test specifications (same as was when originally produced) before shipment.

As an example, Thomas brand model 2660/2680 series double head piston pump pricing to rebuild this model series would be approx $198.36 plus shipping both ways.

Linear diaphragm compressors are rebuilt by WhatPond models like the KoiAir1, KoiAir 2, AM10 and the AM20 from Airmax Eco, also Hi Blow compressors which are typically the green compressors. Other makes may be rebuilt but we’ll need the info on them and the other to give you an estimate. Depending on the situation these linear diaphragm compressors should be rebuilt every  6 month to yearly to maintain the efficiency of air flow. Again we will need the details, model numbers and brand in order to determine pricing and for parts availability. And your address to determine shipping.

Please use the contact link in the top menu bar to send us the information.
